The free trial, explained
14 calendar days, no credit card, the real product. Here is exactly what that means for each plan.
The basics
- The trial lasts 14 calendar days from the day it starts.
- No credit card is required to begin, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
- A trial workspace is a real customer workspace — real team, real configuration — not a throwaway demo. There is no conversion step; buying simply continues it.
- You can purchase at any point during or after the trial.
Orvik Analytics
The Analytics trial is the full product for 14 days. Nothing is artificially crippled: roster, ramp, quota, sales environment, scoring configuration, Activity Health, Funnel Diagnosis, Projected Finish, the manager dashboard, coaching loop and backup export are all there.
The most useful trial is one with real days in it. Add your reps, describe your sales environment, and log two weeks of activity — the diagnosis and the projection get sharper with every day.
Orvik Flow
The Flow trial is the full product with sending limits. The Flow backend enforces these; the website only explains them.
- 14 calendar days — which contain 10 weekday sending days, not 14.
- Trial sending runs Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday sending is blocked.
- Up to 3 connected sending email accounts.
- A maximum of 100 outbound emails per connected account per eligible weekday.
- A maximum of 3,000 trial sends in total (3 accounts × 100 emails × 10 weekdays).
- Your configured caps still apply — the trial can only lower what is effective, never raise it.
14 calendar days contain 10 sending days. Saturday and Sunday are blocked for trial sending.
Two things people misread: 14 calendar days means ten sending days, because trial sending is Monday to Friday; and 3,000 is an up-to maximum — if you configure a lower cap on a mailbox, the lower cap applies.
Orvik Suite
A Suite trial is both trials at once: the full Analytics product and the full Flow product, with Flow's sending subject to the Flow trial rules above.
After the trial
Purchase from the Purchase Now page to continue without interruption. If you do not, access ends when the trial does — nothing is charged, because no card was taken.
