How do I get activity into Analytics?
Through Data Entry: a rep or manager records each day's dials, connects, conversations, emails, replies, meetings (inbound and outbound separately) and LinkedIn. The product enforces dials ≥ connects ≥ conversations on every save. Days marked as approved absence are left out of Activity Health entirely.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Admin Settings → Data backup exports the entire workspace — configuration, roster, activity history, coaching records — as a JSON file. API keys are stripped from the file. Restore validates the file before writing anything. Note that Analytics workspace data is held in the browser's local storage today (there is no server copy yet), so take a backup regularly and before changing machines.
How does sign-in work?
Sign-in is handled by WorkOS AuthKit. The Orvik server performs the sign-in exchange and seals the session into a cookie your browser cannot read; no token ever reaches browser JavaScript. Which organizations you belong to, and with what role, lives in Orvik's own database.
Which AI providers are involved?
- Analytics — AI coaching notes. Optional. Uses an Anthropic API key you add in Admin Settings; the key stays on your device and is stripped from backups. Without a key the feature is absent.
- Flow — writing assistance. Manual, Orvik AI, or Your AI (a provider you connect). Every provider receives the same bounded writing context and nothing more.
My CRM / dialer / call tool isn't connected. What now?
Correct — no CRM, dialer, sequencer or conversation-intelligence connector is live today, and mailbox providers for Flow are not connected in the current build. The Integrations page is the source of truth for status. If a specific connector would change your decision, say so on a demo call or in chat; connectors are prioritised with customers.
