What is Orvik, in one sentence?
Orvik is sales-performance intelligence and outbound execution for SDR teams: Orvik Analytics shows what is happening across the team and why, and Orvik Flow runs the outbound that follows.
What is the difference between Analytics, Flow and Suite?
Analytics ($49/user/month) scores activity against your sales environment, diagnoses the funnel and projects the month. Flow ($69/user/month) is a visual outbound builder with send forecasting, capacity planning, prospect history and AI-assisted writing. Suite ($99/user/month) is both, instead of $118 bought separately.
Is Orvik a CRM?
No. Orvik measures and runs SDR work. It is not a system of record for accounts, contacts or opportunities, and it does not manage AE pipeline.
Is Orvik surveillance software?
No. Analytics measures productive activity and outcomes against a fair, environment-aware standard, with ramp and PTO handled explicitly. It does not monitor screens, keystrokes, or location, and reps see their own numbers in their own view of the product.
Is there an Orvik Scheduler product?
No. Scheduling is not a standalone Orvik product and is not sold separately. Flow may use Orvik scheduling or your existing scheduling tool for meeting booking; neither Analytics nor Flow requires a scheduler.
What isn't live yet?
CRM, dialer and conversation-intelligence connectors are not connected. Mailbox providers for Flow are not connected in the current build. The Integrations page lists the exact status of each, and the demo and chat surfaces on this site say clearly when their AI engines are not connected.
Orvik Flow is in early access. The Flow Builder, send forecasting, prospects, inbox and writing assistance shown here are the real product; sending through connected mailboxes launches with the Flow production service. Starting a Flow or Suite trial, or buying one, registers your early-access request — we'll email you when your workspace can send.
Pricing & billing
How much does Orvik cost?
Analytics $49, Flow $69, Suite $99 — per user per month, billed monthly. No tiers, no discounts, no enterprise pricing.
Is there a free plan?
No free-forever tier. Every plan has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial starts without a card, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Can I buy without a sales call?
Yes. The Purchase Now page takes a plan, a seat count and your details; we then email you a secure payment link. No call is needed. Online self-service checkout is being connected, and the page says exactly what happens today.
How are seats counted?
In Analytics the billable unit is the rep on the roster — the people Orvik measures. Managers and admins hold memberships without consuming a seat. Flow is priced per user. How mid-period seat changes are prorated and renewed is confirmed in writing when self-service billing launches.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is owner-initiated from the account. The exact terms are in the Terms of Service.
